ABOUT

I am a retired Board Certified Orthopedic Physician Assistant with over 20 years in the surgical suites and clinic.

I am also a proud military medic veteran for both the United States Air Force and the United States Navy.

I have since worked towards a bachelors degree in Psychology with an emphasis in Brain, Behavior and Health through the University of Wisconsin at Green Bay. My rabbit hole was epi-genetics and subquantum physics so on to the holistic practices I go.

I am an Applied Movement Neurology Practitioner through the AMN Academy and have also proudly became certified as a Holistic Health Coach.

Corrective Bodyworks

(A Private Membership Association)

PREAMBLE

“Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest.”

Matthew 11:28

The intention of Corrective Bodyworks, a Private Membership Association (hereinafter the PMA) is to build a community that is well grounded in the values of family, respect and sustainable practices that promote good health and wellness.

Membership extends to the household of the signee. Benefits of membership include access to information concerning the recovery, maintenance and improvement of health and the environment, some of which are in the purview of “common knowledge,” and some of which are approved or cleared by the United States Food and Drug Administration (the FDA) and some of which are alternative or emerging technologies that do not have an approval or clearance by the FDA.

In order to protect the PMA of Corrective Bodyworks and all its members, as well as the innovators, discoverers, inventors, manufacturers, distributors of any new device, product, procedure or service that can be used for man or animal health or wellness care from any adverse action by the FDA, and/or any other federal regulatory agency or any state agency, in exchange for the benefits offered by the PMA, all members consent to the terms and conditions set forth in the membership contract.

Every member joins Corrective Bodyworks (PMA) as a real flesh and blood living sentient man or woman in their natural and highest character, capacity and standing, fully equal to every other member.

Predicated on the above and in order to protect all PMA members from the application of public law, each member privately agrees to take upon themselves the care and responsibility for their own health (and the health of those dependent upon them) and in so doing agrees to do their due diligence regarding anything offered to them by Rick or any other Director and make informed decisions on health and healthcare that the members think best for living a healthy life and preventing, diagnosing and treating any discomfort, pain, deformity, disability, disease, illness, misunderstanding, or wound in or to any member’s body, mind or spirit in order to attain, restore, improve and maintain optimum physical, mental and spiritual wellness.

Please read the contract carefully and make sure that you understand it. If you are unable to read or understand English, please have someone read and explain this contract to you.

What is a Private Membership Association?

A Private Membership Association can be formed by any two or more individuals who wish to come together around a specific topic, mission, goal, or service.

For example, The Boy Scouts of America is a PMA dedicated to youth development, the NAACP (National Association for the Advancement of Colored People) is a civil rights organization for ethnic minorities and Costco is wholesale warehouse and buying club.

Like these three examples, Corrective Bodyworks is now a PMA that is organized around the intent to provide its members with services, products, information and support that promote health and wellbeing at a fair and reasonable cost.

The membership is open and available to anyone who agrees with the tenants of Corrective Bodyworks and would like to benefit from the association’s many offerings. Corrective Bodyworks services and products are provided by designated Corrective Bodyworks members and offered to other Corrective Bodyworks members.
